To create a ticket start by clicking on the "Home" Section on our web portal.

Next click on New Support Ticket.

Enter your email under the Requester section.

Under Subject enter a general subject such as "Phone not working", "Camera is offline"

In the Description please leave a detailed description of your issue. Details such as when you noticed the issue and an exact explanation of what the problem is. In the Description area leave a callback number as well.
